Today I going to share some tips about HTML tags for search engine optimization with you. Those people who are realy interested to work with SEO, hopefully this tutorial will be a great one for them. For your better understand, I represent full tutorial in 7 segmetns and hereis the first one. If you like my tutorial then i will very happy. :-D

Let's start.

We use a lot of HTML tags in our website development session. But we are not really concern about the priority of this HTML tags. There are lot of HTML tags, like- p, h1,h2, div, ,< a>. Now, We have to learn, which tag pick more priority for Search engine bots/spiders. Lets have a look in important SEO HTML tags.

Now it's time to explain.

1. Title Tag:  When we open a page of any website, then our browser show some text on the top of the page. This text called the Title of the web page. It's a big term and facts for SEO. Because when google or other search engine bots crawal a website, then first time they index the Title of the current crawaled page. If the does not find any title of the page then the bots save this page as "Untiltled Document" and skip page crawaling process.

So, We have to careful about title tag and must set relavent title according to page contents. Just have a look at the following image. I set my home page title "Free ajax scripts gallery, jquery, prototype, motools scripts". when i search "coolajax.net/free ajax scripts/ scripts gallery" then google show me this result and it found coolajax.net. That's the reason why we use Title tag and why title tag is so important.

2. H1, H2, H3 Tag:  When google bot/spiders reach your page for crawaling then firstly it search heading tags. There are several typs of heading tags and it's range H1- H7. Top priority tag is H1. so, when you start a page then the content topics/heading must be set between H1 tag. By default H1 tags font size is too big but you can manage this font size using CSS style sheet. A suggestion for you, You can use a class for H1 tag for your page. If google found any content between H1 tag then firstly it crawaled & indexd that contents.
